1. Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
- Return Window: Within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Product Condition: Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built engines or transmissions (built to specifications).
- Special-order parts (not regularly stocked).
- Installed or used products (showing signs of fluid or wear).
- Electrical components (ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses).
- Fluids, gaskets, and consumable items.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to cover inspection, testing, and re-packaging costs. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, we will make it right at no cost to you:
- Report Within: 14 days of receipt.
- Required Documentation: Photos, detailed description of the defect, and order number.
- Resolution: Full refund (including shipping) or free replacement.
- Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Return Process
- Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging.
- Include the RMA number and order details inside the package.
- Ship to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Details
- Defective/Wrong Items: Full purchase price + original shipping refunded within 14 days of inspection.
- Change of Mind: Purchase price minus 15% restocking fee refunded within 14 days of inspection.
- Refund Method: Issued to original payment method (Credit card: 3-10 days, Bank transfer: 5-7 days).
