Service Areas: We exclusively sell and ship to all countries within Europe and the United States of America (USA). Our goal is fast, secure, and highly reliable freight delivery right to your destination.

Shipping Destinations & Cost Calculation

Due to the heavy weight, oversized nature, and specialized crating requirements of engines, transmissions, and marine powertrains, shipping costs cannot be standardized.

How Costs Are Calculated: Shipping rates are calculated individually for every order based on the exact product dimensions, total weight, and your precise delivery location (zip code/country). Please contact our logistics team directly to receive a custom shipping quote.

DHL, UPS, FedEx, or dedicated road freight forwarders for palletized and bulky items. Securely crated with protective padding.
United States (USA)
International air/sea freight logistics via trusted transatlantic ocean freight or air cargo networks, followed by domestic LTL liftgate transport.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after order fulfillment and processing (usually the next business day for in-stock components):

  • European Destinations: 3–10 business days (depending on the exact country, regional carrier, and distance).
  • United States (USA): 7–30+ business days (depending on transit schedules, port logistics, and customs clearance procedures).

Note: We ship from Monday through Friday. Weekends and official public holidays are excluded from transit times.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (USA): For shipments headed to the United States, the buyer is fully responsible for all import duties, local taxes, customs clearance paperwork, and processing fees. We supply comprehensive commercial invoices and origin documentation.
  • Insurance Protection: All cargo shipments include basic transit insurance covering the full value of the components against transport damage.
  • Signature Verification: Due to the high value of engines, outboards, and gearboxes, a valid signature from an adult recipient is strictly required upon delivery. Liftgate truck service for residential offloading can be pre-arranged upon request.
  • Tracking Information: Full freight tracking numbers and carrier details will be sent via automated email immediately after the pallet leaves our facility.
