Dynamic Line-Pressure Profiling: Automatic units are benchmarked on our electronic dyno test rigs across all forward gears to verify valve body response times.
Ultrasonic Casting Inspections: All blocks and structural main cases pass density check loops to eliminate hidden internal micro-fractures.
